Gail has called San Diego home for 40 years now after growing up in a suburb of Chicago. It was an easy transition with some family living there and the year-round outdoor lifestyle offered, and she enjoys helping others get their footing here. The proximity to the beaches, mountains, desert, Hawaii, Mexico, and the Pacific Northwest continue to be popular draw for those that desire active adventures. 

Gail launched her residential real estate career in 2003 after more than a decade in marketing and account development for title insurance and escrow companies. Her background gives her clients a distinct edge--combining tested negotiation skills, marketing savvy, and a deep understanding of the transaction process. She brings a blend of technical expertise, approachable communication and real enthusiasm to every relationship.

A proud homeowner in the Carmel Valley community for over 35 years, Gail has witnessed this vibrant community grow into one of the most desirable neighborhoods in San Diego. Just minutes from the infamous beaches of Del Mar and the trails of Torrey Pines State Reserve, the area is known for is top-rated public and private schools, strong community feel, and exceptional quality of life. After raising two children here she continues to volunteer on the Board of Directors of the Torrey Pines High School Scholarship Fund and is connected to the local network offering invaluable insights and resources for buyers moving in.
